6. Custom and OEM / ODM Products

Easy Solar may provide customized solar mounting systems, components, packaging, branding, drawings, and OEM / ODM manufacturing services.

For customized products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable:

  • Drawings

  • Dimensions

  • Material specifications

  • Surface treatments

  • Hole positions

  • Interfaces

  • Packaging requirements

  • Labels

  • Logos

  • Other customized details

Production may begin after the required technical and commercial approvals are received.

Changes requested after approval or production begins may result in additional cost, production delays, material loss, or revised delivery schedules.

7. Engineering and Technical Information

Technical information provided through the Website, email, quotation documents, calculators, preliminary drawings, or other communications is intended to assist with product selection and preliminary project evaluation.

Unless Easy Solar expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written engineering agreement, such information should not be treated as a substitute for final engineering approval by a qualified professional responsible for the project.
